Warcraft: The Rise of The Lich King (?) (Movie)
by admin on Oct.16, 2009, under World of Warcraft
There is news from the already announced longer Warcraft movie.
Film directors Sam Raimi (Army of Darkness, Spiderman 1-3, ...) recently spoke to MTV Multiplayer about his new film. He announced that, write Robert Rodat (Saving Private Ryan, The Patriot), in collaboration with Chris Metzen the screenplay for the film aims.
"But we would have our writer, Robert Rodat, really craft to original story within that world that feels like a 'World of Warcraft' adventure. Only obviously it's very different 'cause it's expanded and translated into the world of a motion picture. "
The title is The Rise of the Lich King, however, still controversial. The movie database imdb.com added the epithet added a few days ago for the description. Now, however, it is gone again, making further speculations on the possible story. Not least thanks to cult director Sam Raimi, the film should be a must-Lake in 2011.

New WoW Addon at Blizzcon 2009?
by admin on Jul.03, 2009, under Diablo 3 News, World of Warcraft
The suspicion seems to confirm that we are dealing with the brand name "Cataclysm" for the next World of Warcraft addon.
In February 2010, a more novel (to appear Stormrage WoW), the story may be preparing to do so.
World of Warcraft game director Tom Chilton said that:
VideoGamer.com: The first expansion was set in Outland, the second in Northrend, which was a little closer to home. Foreign Is there anywhere else left on the original map that can accommodate to expansion or does it have to be somewhere?
TC: No. I do not think it has to be completely foreign anywhere yet. There are parts of the map that we have left ambiguous and unexplored. There are parts of Eastern Kingdoms, Azeroth, and that have not been filled out yet. Out there in the South Seas there are islands, there's out where the Maelstrom is.
There's still quite a bit of land mass. We keep referring to the Emerald Dream, which is maybe not exactly in Azeroth, but is sort of tied to it in some way or another. But there are definitely places in Azeroth itself that are close to home that have not been filled out yet, so there's more room for that sort of thing.
Especially the "Maelstrom" plays a central role, as he said in the Cataclysm (10,000 years before the current WoW has arisen the present).
This could mean, then, that they announce the WoW addon at BlizzCon. It is necessary for Diablo 3, however, erstmal have no negative consequences, since it is already at the announcement out. Careful observers of BlizzCon do know is that Blizzard distributes annually a beta key to every visitor. So, this should be in this year, either of the Diablo 3 -, or even the WoW addon Key.
