The small development studio Runic Games could still be a number term.
As Diablo players should be like Max & Erich Shaefer Travis Baldree and perk up, however, individuals with. The former Blizzard North / Flagship employees (which included Diablo 2 Boss Bill Roper) are nearing the release of their new action RPG "Torch Light".

Laudable that they are places for trusts without major publishers in a release. Perhaps it is because of bad experiences in the Hellgate: London has been made? Pub is the game of Perfect World Entertainment, which in Asia are already somewhat familiar.

Diablo Gamer - new server is online
by admin on Sep.27, 2009, under General
Hi everyone,
I first want to apologize for the lengthy downtime. The move was unfortunately more difficult than planned, because some configs have not passed. The last few weeks there were several occasions problems with crashes that are caused specifically by the high traffic from BlizzCon / Gamescom.
Now we are almost finished and the page should re-run halfway.
Hardware has done a little bit. The server (Debian Linux) now has an Opteron 146 + 1 GB Ram (previously Sempron 2200 + / 512 MB Ram) and a RAID system to ensure the data is protected against hard drive crashes.
How this affects the speed at which we have to wait. If it finds problems, then please write a comment in the forum (or here in the blog - if something is wrong with the login).

by admin on Sep.01, 2009, under General
A reporter from Argentina found a dangerous new trend on Facebook beverage among young people.
Grog XD
It consists of loud television report extremely dangerous drink:
- Kerosene
- Propylene glycol

- and / or pepperoni
Apparently the reporter had never played Monkey Iceland, for the users of Facebook had talked about the recipe from the famous Lucas Arts Game. The term "XD" stands of course, not a dangerous variation, but a smiley face with narrowed eyes.

Diablo 3 FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)
by admin on Aug.22, 2009, under General
What is Diablo III?
We're developing Diablo III to be the definitive action role-playing game, and a true continuation of the Diablo series. Players will adventure through rich and varied settings, unraveling an epic storyline, engaging in combat with hordes of monsters and challenging bosses, growing in experience and ability, and acquiring items of incredible power. Diablo III will be a fitting sequel to Diablo II, with the easy interface, fast-paced action, and visceral gameplay that Diablo players have come to expect and enjoy. It will therefore include many new features that will take the Diablo action-RPG experience to the next level.
Which characters will be in Diablo III?
Players will create a male or female hero from one of five distinct classes, such as barbarian, witch doctor, wizard, or monk, each equipped with an array of spells and abilities. New customization options will provide for an even greater level of character specialization than the previous Diablo games, Allowing the player to create unique characters brimming with power.
What can you say about the announced classes?
- Returning from Diablo II, the dual-wielding barbarian is one of the guardians of Mount Arreat stoic. Retooled with powerful new abilities and moves, this plate-wearing savage wields ferocious weapons to annihilate the demonic forces threatening the world of Sanctuary.
- The fearsome witch doctor hails from the terrifying Tribe of the Five Hills of the legendary umbaru race. The witch doctor is equipped with spells and alchemical powers, can summon mongrels, locust swarms, and zombie armies, and fiery concoctions to annihilate any Hurls demon foolish enough to trifle with the powers of the umbaru.
- The wizard is a wielder of the elements and a master manipulator of time, who combats the hordes of the Burning Hells by launching environment-shattering lightning bolts, channeling explosive arcane energies, and creating pockets of space outside of the normal flow of time.
- The monk is a skilled warrior of unparalleled dexterity. Armed with speed, holy fervor, and a quest for physical and spiritual perfection, the monk becomes a deadly apparition in the heat of battle, moving faster than the eye can follow to strike down enemies with a barrage of lightning-fast blows.
How did the new monk character class come about?
We wanted to add another melee character that was still hard-hitting, but lightning fast, to complement the raw strength and brutality of the barbarian. When we set out to design the monk, we wanted him to feel elegant and fluid, like something out of a fighting game. What we came up with is a holy warrior and martial artist who uses a unique arsenal of weaponry, hand-to-hand combat techniques, and a distinctive combo-based attack system
What is the story of Diablo III?
The game takes place on Sanctuary, a world of dark fantasy. Unbeknownst to most of its inhabitants, Sanctuary was saved some twenty years ago from the demonic forces of the underworld by a few brave and powerful heroes. Most of those warriors who directly faced Hell's armies, and were fortunate enough to survive-went mad from their experiences. And most of the others have buried their haunted memories and pushed the horrors from their thoughts. In Diablo III, players will return to Sanctuary to confront evil in its many forms once again.
Will Diablo III be running on a new engine?
Diablo III is powered by a new graphics engine that can display characters and hordes of monsters in lush, fully 3D environments. Powerful special-effects systems and Havok-powered physics allow for realistic object dynamics and cloth simulation, and enable players to lay waste to the minions of the Burning Hells in spectacular ways.
Will Diablo still have randomized events?
Diablo III builds on the random environments of the previous Diablo games by adding random scripted events and encounters throughout the game, creating a dense and exciting world alive with quests, NPCs, and dynamic encounters.
What can you tell us about Battle.net?
Diablo III will benefit from Battle.net upgrades that will provide some exciting new features for players. Cooperative online play remains a primary focus, with multiple enhancements being planned fun to make connecting with your friends easier and cooperative play even more. We'll have more details on all these aspects as well as other exciting new features at a later date.
How will PvP be implemented in Diablo III?
With regard to the multiplayer component of Diablo III, the emphasis will be on cooperative play, but we will therefore include support for competitive play. What form that support will take is still being discussed, but we are being careful to avoid features that can easily lead to griefing, such as the ability to go hostile at will.
When will Diablo III be released?
It's too early to estimate Diablo III's release date. As with all Blizzard Entertainment games, our goal is to create a game that is as fun, balanced, and polished as possible. We intend to take as much time developing Diablo III as is necessary To ensure the game meets our own high expectations and those of our players. We're aiming to release Diablo III on both Mac and Windows simultaneously in as many regions as possible, and to localize the game in several languages. We'll have more details to share about countries, languages, and specific dates as we get closer to release.
What will Diablo III be rated?
The region Diablo III rating will be determined by the ratings boards in each. We still have a good amount of work to do content-wise, so we're not quite ready to submit the game for ratings yet.
Will players interact with any familiar faces or places in Diablo III?
Yes, definitely. Players will return to Tristram and certain other locations from the previous games and then they'll be exploring new areas of Sanctuary. Players will encounter several new characters so as well as a number of characters from the previous games including Deckard Cain .
What will questing be like in Diablo III? Will it be similar to Diablo II?
Our plans for the story and quest mechanics are still under wraps. We'll go into detail on those elements of the game at a later date. We can say, however, that we expect to have class-based quests in addition to the main story-line quests.
What are the system requirements for Diablo III?
We'll announce specific system requirements at a later date.

Gamescom 2009 Special - Diablo 3 alluded
by admin on Aug.19, 2009, under General , Blizzard Games , Diablo Universe
A few minutes ago I came back from Cologne.
Here are some highlights:
- Diablo 3 (all three played Chars - Wizard and Barb several times even)
- Starcraft 2 (played)
- God of War III alluded ()
- Star Wars - The Old Republic (nice presentation in which the producer has given us some details explained to the Game)
- Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2 (presentation in movie format)
- Messe-Babes (unfortunately not played with ^ ^
I post more details later. Images are also moderately present.
Update:
I'll go one thing at a time:
- First, of course, something to Diablo 3. The area of Diablo 3 was optically sectioned off completely, so that one could see anything from outside of the extended queue - after about 20 minutes I still had the first times in the series and when I gave myself as Diablo fan sites Rapporteur admitted I was an even one extra game time. The game play is super smooth and without any breaks. As announced by Blizzard without Ladescreens.Das Skill interface presents too little is currently relaitv "Quick Select" options.
You choose the tab with the right mouse button attack (from 2 attacks) and as Linksclick also a skill. There are also hotkeys 1-4 and NEN to 5 drinks. When Equip the trousers have been added ... otherwise all very similar to D2. The inventory is initially kept quite small ... as well as items consume less space, you can get by quite well. The balance of the demo (which by the way at 11.8. Just finished was) is still a bit unbalanced - the Hexendoc had, I think somewhat less dmg output and (or so) Mana. Wizard and Barb could be playing a little better. The demo shows a small part of 2 Akt, which plays again in the desert. Itemfarben (which you could see) were also re-aligned to Diablo 2. - Starcraft 2 was less in demand far below the reporters. Here one could gamble without a queue and the game antesten short. Unfortunately, we see a complex game like Starcraft in the few minutes is not much of the gameplay, so I can because I do not allow opinion.
- God of War III (PS3) speaks for itself. The game is really fun and the controls are absolutely superb. In some game situations, I would have liked to apply when the Barb (Diablo 3)
Should you allude definitely. - Star Wars - The Old Republic: I ran some degree by the Hall 6, when I stand by BioWare / LucasArts discovered. Am (not visible) back door, welcomed me to the Community Manager for Europe, a handshake, and suggested once that I should be me, will you look at the next show. It shook me like a VIP pass in hand, so I did not have their place in the 30m queue
They had built a small cinema and the producer of 'The Old Republic "told us (in good plain English) before the gameplay demos a few details" Kotor-typical "quest system. Visually, it makes a solid impression and the special highlight is that it is the first MMO developed completely in voice acting, which is still localized at the same time German and French. - Call of Duty - Modern Warfare 2: This is also a small cinema was built in the hall in which we quite impressive in-game scenes of "CoD 5" were shown the. To install any spoilers I just keep at it, that it was very impressive. A nice blend of tactical action and fast-paced action scenes. Like on the colleagues from BioWare films was here strictly forbidden - even if I could find some iPhones before ^ ^
