Diablo 3 hardware requirements
by admin on Nov.17, 2008, under Diablo 3 News
Diablo 3 is based technical and Starcraft 2 on the Havoc 4 physic engine. Now some Starcraft fans have found out about the requirements and publishes a guide. These requirements must, of course, not 1 to 1 on Diablo 3 to be portable since it apart from the Physics still more effects in the game. Nevertheless, it is a nice benchmark to see what Blizzard wants abverlangen our machines technically in 2009.
Recommended Specs:
CPU: Athlon X2 / Core 2 Duo or above
Memory: 2 GB of RAM or above
Graphics card: Geforce 8600 GT or above
So here we are at a 2007 average PC that you can now recreate for a few hundred euros. Video cards are already on this performance class just 50 € (3850).
So ye can calm down this year, quite a middle-class PC and you need not have to worry about the playability of Diablo make third

Hard to say if there is enough video card. You could even test it with Starcraft 2, where the same physics engine is used.

AMD Sempron 3000 + (1.8 Ghz)
1024 Gb Ram
